Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our training programs to corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate training needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:


 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.

 Identify and prioritize key prospects within the corporate sector for our training programs.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and providing customized solutions.

 Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits.

 Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market developments.

 Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.


Qualifications:


 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the training or education sector.  Strong understanding of corporate training needs and industry trends.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients at various levels.

 Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.

 Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
