Qualifications and Skills

• A Ph.D. degree in the relevant field or masters in the same suject
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in teaching and research
• Knowledge of UGC NET and eligibility criteria

• Proficiency in the subject matter and the ability to engage students
• Public speaking skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials
• Conducting research in the specified field and publishing scholarly articles
• Supervising and mentoring students in their academic pursuits
• Participating in curriculum development and assessment activities
• Contributing to the academic community through active involvement in conferences and workshops
• Collaborating with colleagues on research projects and grant applications
• Assisting in administrative tasks related to the department and university
