Job Summary:

Using Autodesk Revit, the Revit Modeler creates accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the models accurately represent the design and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Creation: Create 3D models of building projects using Autodesk Revit software, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure the models align with the design intent.
• Documentation: Generate construction documents and drawings from the Revit models, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• BIM Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Updates and Revisions: Manage and update Revit models as design changes occur throughout the project lifecycle.
• Model Standardization: Maintain and enforce consistent BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
• Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates, and suggest improvements or innovations to enhance the modeling process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software and other BIM-related tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
