Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman with expertise in the interior fit-out industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting) for interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers to ensure MEP systems are seamlessly integrated into interior designs.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP services and interior elements.
• Ensure MEP designs comply with local regulations, codes, and client specifications.
• Work closely with procurement and site teams to verify material requirements and installation feasibility.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision records of all MEP drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Knowledge of local building codes and international MEP standards.
• Experience in clash detection and coordination with architectural/interior elements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D modeling software (Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-out projects.
