Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of materials to support production needs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documenting progress and any issues for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Joiner.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and woodworking machinery, CNC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills (for reporting, email communication, etc.).
• Relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
