We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Laundry Store Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the laundry store operations, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to quality standards. The Laundry Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.


  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the laundry store, including opening and closing procedures.
  2. Supervise and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and managing deliveries.
  5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and sanitation standards.
  6. Oversee laundry processing, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging.
  7. Monitor equipment maintenance and repair needs, coordinating service as necessary to minimize downtime.
  8. Manage financial aspects of the business, including cash handling, payroll, and budgeting.
  9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  10. Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.


  1. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail or laundry setting.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes preferred.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  8. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  9. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Monthly Take home Salary will be 20000-23000,
