As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Desktop Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.


  1. Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive desktop sales strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of desktop sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the desktop solutions market.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market conditions to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a unified and effective approach to desktop solutions.
  1. Sales Planning and Forecasting:
  • Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting and budgeting, to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in desktop technology and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
