Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview: As a Telecaller specializing in Screw Barrels Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and fostering relationships with potential clients within the manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects over the phone, educate them about our screw barrels products, and facilitate sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects within the manufacturing sector to promote our screw barrels products and services.
Present detailed information about our screw barrels, including specifications, features, and customization options, to potential customers.
Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target companies and build relationships with them through effective communication.
Understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential clients related to screw barrels manufacturing and tailor our offerings to meet their needs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
Provide accurate and timely information to prospects regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and other relevant details.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits for interested prospects.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on industrial equipment or machinery.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information about screw barrels in a clear and concise manner.
Understanding of the manufacturing process and familiarity with terminology related to screw barrels production.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or engineering will be advantageous.
