Origin Foods Limited is seeking a Senior-level Export Sales Manager for the Food Industry to join our team in South Delhi. This full-time role demands adept leadership and expertise in export sales, particularly within the juice sector. The ideal candidate will spearhead our international market expansion, leveraging their B2B sales experience, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in B2B sales with a solid track record of establishing and growing client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in export sales, especially within the food industry, primarily targeting juice companies (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding logistics management to effectively oversee and coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify new opportunities and areas for growth in international markets.
- Proficient in negotiation skills, able to close deals and sustain profitable relationships with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, ensuring all products meet necessary regulatory requirements before export.
- Experience in supply chain optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational logistics.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market or organizational structure to maximize sales and market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export sales in the food industry with a specific focus on juice companies.
- Manage existing client relationships and cultivate new ones to expand the company's market share internationally.
- Ensure all export activities comply with relevant food safety standards and international trade regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline the transportation and delivery of goods to international markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable outcomes with both new and existing clients.
- Work collaboratively with the R&D team to align product offerings with market demand and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market analysis for senior management.
