Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tele Caller. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries or concerns
• Follow a script and communicate product features, benefits, and pricing accurately
• Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions
