Job Description:


Primary Activities

  • All Govt. related activity / Liaison with statutory bodies > DISH, Labour, Health, Local Panchayat, TNEB, PWD, Police, FSSAI.
  • Recruitment activities (Worker)
  • Time office and Payroll Management.
  • Audit Management ( Social compliance , Customer audit , Safety audit etc., )
  • Performance management system - Support process
  • New HR initiatives
  • Supporting for all Corporate events
  • Report preparation.


Secondary Activities:


  • Employee Communication
  • Training & Development
  • Contractor Management
