Responsibilities
- The Employee should be able to travel or Handle different States. (Karnataka,Andhra pradesh, Telangana, Goa,Maharshtra, Chattisgarh.)
- Identify potential dealers within the designated territory and establish contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers to ensure consistent business growth.
- Understand dealers' needs and preferences to offer appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide accurate product information and educate dealers on the features and benefits of our musical instruments.
- Assist dealers in selecting the right products to meet their customers' demands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to dealers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and terms of sale to secure orders and agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from dealers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product management to gather insights and feedback from the market.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the musical instrument industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with dealers.
- Sound knowledge of musical instruments and their features.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and visit dealers.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
