  • The Employee should be able to travel or Handle different States. (Karnataka,Andhra pradesh, Telangana, Goa,Maharshtra, Chattisgarh.)
  • Identify potential dealers within the designated territory and establish contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Understand dealers' needs and preferences to offer appropriate products and solutions.
  • Provide accurate product information and educate dealers on the features and benefits of our musical instruments.
  • Assist dealers in selecting the right products to meet their customers' demands.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to dealers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and terms of sale to secure orders and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from dealers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product management to gather insights and feedback from the market.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the musical instrument industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with dealers.
  • Sound knowledge of musical instruments and their features.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and visit dealers.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
