Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Campaigns:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns, including calendar planning, ideation, content creation, and uploading.
- Craft compelling and creative content tailored to various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure each piece of content achieves significant social reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Design, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Data Tracking and Analysis:
- Track and analyze data for every social media post to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and ROI.
Platform Research and Innovation:
- Research and explore new social media platforms and trends to ensure effective promotion and sales of products.
- Implement innovative approaches to expand the company's online presence and reach new audiences.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with the online community to foster relationships, answer queries, and build a loyal following.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
