Operations Manager:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of Invoicing and Purchase orders with effective timely implementation
• Responsible for handling internal and external Escalations and timely resolution
• Communicate with logistic vendors and maintain a healthy relationship for effective process implementation
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Handling customer grievances and providing a timely solution
• Oversight of day-to-day operations
• Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of the business
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations
• Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
• Handling customer inquiries and converting them into business
• Manage post-sales product dispatch from E-Com portals such as Amazon, Flipkart and the Company Website
• Streamline the return and replacement process and ensure timely support to the customer

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Tow Wheeler is Mandatory.
• Kannada fluency required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot (desired)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and customer management skills
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas and data analysis)
• 1-3 years of experience in the Operations department (preferably a female candidate)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
