Responsibilities


  • Manage product listings and content on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with external e-commerce platform teams to ensure optimal visibility and performance of our products.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  • Identify and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives and negotiate favorable terms and promotional opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on e-commerce performance, marketing initiatives, and sales growth.


Desired Skills & Experience


In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data to drive decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for the audio recording industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.

Proven experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce marketing, preferably with an e-commerce brand selling on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
