• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in making hiring decisions.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation programs.
• Ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare and update HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and policies.

• Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proven work experience of 1-3 years as HR, recruiter, talent acquisition
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
