Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity by ensuring consistency in design elements, colour schemes, typography, and overall aesthetic.
• Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality and align with the brand's requirements.
• Design and format visual content for presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of design assets.
• Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your design skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Excellent creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house marketing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
