Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Cresurge Private Limited. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital and print media. This is a freelance position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in photo editing and retouching is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and compelling designs for the brands social media accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the specified requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Communicate and present design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide assistance in photo editing and retouching when required.
• Create a social calendar and social media plan for the account.
• Post the creatives on social media on time
• Run Fb and Insta ads and track performance of posts
