Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Event Manager to join our team at Cresurge Private Limited. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment industry. Freshers and students can also apply for the Role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to come up with innovative event ideas and overcome obstacles.
• Budget management skills to ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing.
• Knowledge of event marketing and promotion techniques to attract attendees.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
• A passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to create exceptional experiences for attendees.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events like open mics and workshops for the Kadence store located in banjara hills.
• Host the open mics and workshops, manage the crowd and create database
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events, including marketing, operations, and production.
• Manage event budgets and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee event setup, including stage design, lighting, and sound arrangements.
• Conduct event promotion and marketing efforts to attract attendees.
• Create and manage the social media page for the event and run ads to actively get more attendees
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
