Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales for our range of music instruments.
- Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM and influencer partnerships.
- Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring it's up-to-date, user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, tailored for different digital channels.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to foster a strong online community and drive customer interaction.
- Utilize email marketing tools to design, execute and analyze email campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to drive creative strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Passion for music and the music instrument industry is a plus.
- Proven work experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
