Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales for our range of music instruments.
  • Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring it's up-to-date, user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, tailored for different digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to foster a strong online community and drive customer interaction.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to design, execute and analyze email campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to drive creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Passion for music and the music instrument industry is a plus.
  • Proven work experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
