Utilize social media, local partnerships, and other channels to promote workshops and open mic sessions.
Create and distribute promotional materials to increase awareness.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in the store, providing assistance and information about instruments.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Management:
Sell musical instruments and related products to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with potential buyers.
Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Supervise store staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Offline Deals and Partnerships:
Identify and establish partnerships with music schools and educational institutions.
