Responsibilities:


Promote and host the events like open mic and workshops at the Kadence store located in Lajpat Nagar

Manage the crowd at the open mic / workshops

Gather crowd for the events by doing online and offline promotions 

Conduct market mapping, do offline collaborations with music schools

Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

Collaborate with third party vendors to promote the event online

Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms in alignment with marketing strategies.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments and requests.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience launching community initiatives

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

Hands-on experience with social media management for brands

Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

Must be focused, self-motivated, detail and results-oriented

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

1-2 years of experience in Community Management or Customer Success

Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business or related fields or equivalent experience


Desired Skills & Experience:


Proven experience in launching community initiatives, such as building online forums, implementing ambassador programs, organizing event series, and producing email newsletters.

Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.

Knowledge of current online marketing trends and marketing channels.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will be required to regularly visit retail stores.

Having personal transportation is an added advantage.

Flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, as needed
