We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role combines the excitement of planning and conducting community activities with the strategic aspects of training, meeting industry professionals, and driving B2B sales. Community Activities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct community activities such as open mic nights, workshops, and other music-related events.
• Collaborate with local venues and organizations to host successful events.
• Promote and market events to maximize participation and engagement.

Staff Training:

• Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new products and services.
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable and prepared to offer top-tier customer support.

B2B Sales and Relationship Building:

• Identify and meet with musicians, music school owners, and other key stakeholders in the music industry.
• Present and explain new product launches and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to drive B2B sales.
