Lead Engineer - php/ NodeJS

Job Description:

Role: LE php /Nodejs

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Udaipur

 Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to brainstorm solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Implement new features and functionality, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Contribute to testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on PHP and/or Node.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Laravel (for PHP) or Express.js (for Node.js) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies is advantageous.

Education and Experience: BTech or relevant educational field required
