• Proficient in material handling (Mandatory skill), ensuring the safe and precise movement of components during production processes.
• Strong 2D program knowledge, equipped to interpret and execute complex technical drawings with precision.
• Team management skills that foster a collaborative environment, aimed at achieving production goals effectively.
• Keen quality assurance focus, with abilities to monitor and maintain high standards throughout the machining process.
• Experience in machining production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to perform a variety of machining tasks.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to efficiently conduct operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Supervise the material flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the work area.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor the machining processes, noting any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Document production data, maintaining accurate logs for future reference and analysis.
