Qualifications and Skills

- Strong leadership skills to guide the territory teams towards achieving organizational goals (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth understanding of marketing strategies to effectively increase brand visibility in the region
- Proficiency in loan documentation to ensure accurate and compliant processes across the board
- Customer relationship management expertise for building and maintaining excellent client relations
