Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Showroom Manager for our showroom in Chengalpattu. This is a full-time position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience, and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in customer service (Mandatory skill) with a strong track record of meeting customer expectations.
• Team leadership experience (Mandatory skill) with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong decision-making skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to make sound judgments in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in sales management, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Good understanding of product knowledge, able to educate and inform customers about different products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic retail environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and sales conversion rates.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure products are displayed attractively in the showroom.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Train and develop showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
