Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recovery plans and processes to optimize collections and minimize bad debt.
• Lead and manage the recovery team, ensuring effective coordination and communication of recovery strategies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of delinquent accounts and implement appropriate actions to recover overdue payments.
• Engage with clients to negotiate settlements and payment arrangements aligned with company recovery targets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to debt recovery.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the status of outstanding debts and recovery efforts.
