Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Male HR Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR duties including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge in handling employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in training and development, creating and implementing effective training programs (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of performance management systems, conducting appraisals, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in HR compliance, ensuring the organization's adherence to policies and legal requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are updated with accurate and current information.
  • Address employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to foster growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Collaborate with management to understand and meet the organization’s HR needs.
