Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated ITI Fitter for our Chennai location. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year(s) of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficient skills in assembly, installation, welding, and fabrication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mechanical knowledge (Mandatory skill): Ability to understand and apply mechanical concepts and procedures for various tasks.
• Assembly and installation (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components.
• Welding and fabrication (Mandatory skill): Competence in welding techniques and fabricating metal parts for assembly.
• Technical drawing interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Machining skills: Skilled in operating various machining tools and equipment to shape and create parts.
• Grinding: Experience in using grinding machines to create a desired surface finish or shaping parts.
• Attention to detail: Precision in completing tasks and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Problem-solving skills: Effective in identifying issues and developing suitable solutions during the fitting process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and installation of mechanical systems according to technical specifications.
• Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as required for project completion.
