Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in handling employee relations issues, maintaining positive workplace culture (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in performance management, including setting goals and conducting evaluations (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective HR training programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS software for managing employee data and records.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to employment laws and company policies.
- Ability to effectively onboard new employees and manage their integration into the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
- Implement performance management systems, including setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives, enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
