Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage sales of bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and business objectives.
