We are seeking a Junior Bank Sales Officer for our esteemed client in Salem. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer relationship management skills and will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a banking or financial products environment
• Must have minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of work experience in relevant field
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services
• Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals
• Highly goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales of banking products and services to meet or exceed assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on financial product offerings and market trends
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
• Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management
