Job Description :

As a Flutter App Developer at Kaam.com, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mobile application development using the Flutter framework. This includes everything from initial concept and design, through development, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualization and Design :

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

Development :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for mobile applications using Flutter.

- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure applications comply with industry standards and best practices.

Deployment and Maintenance :

- Manage the submission process to app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

- Monitor app performance and user feedback post-launch.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to improve app functionality and user experience.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our applications competitive.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development.

- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
