Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or job inspection role
- Knowledge of quality control processes and tools used in manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on tools, fixtures, and sheet metal components to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform measurements, tests, and evaluations on products to identify defects or non-conformities
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow company's quality control procedures and standards to maintain product quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the quality inspection process
