- Above Essential Duties
- Ability to confirm dimension of X – plates and to locate material according to engineering logistics
- Ability to stage and control movement of material flow in shop
- Ability to program machine to engineering specifications
- Extensive knowledge of operator’s manual
- Prepare recommendations to modify processes to improve productivity and quality
- Demonstrate leaderships skills by leading and managing a work-cell operation
- Demonstrated Knowledge with Plasma experience at Heartland Fabrication
