Design electrical control and communication systems for production equipment

Carry out the effective delivery of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment on the Client’s sites

Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation maintenance issues and complete appropriate documentation

• Fault finding in Electrical, PLC, SCADA and Profibus control systems
• Maintenance of instrumentation and installation of all Electrical control equipment when needed
• Being conversant with steam boilers, steam pipework, pressure and condensate systems
• Ensuring Boilers are operated within their safe design parameters at the required operational pressure
• Undertake electrical and mechanical PPM, inspection testing, commissioning and basic repairs to plant and equipment
• Preferred, knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance to instrument technicians and electricians
• Provide assistance to Maintenance on maintenance related projects
• Replacement of obsolete technology for which replacement parts are difficult or impossible to obtain
• Modifications to existing controls for improved process control, reliability, safety and compliance with OSHA requirements
