 1) First pcs, in process and last pcs inspection & records.    

 2) 100% parts Visual inspection before dispatch.

 3) BOP parts Incoming inspection  and records.   

 4) Continuously training giving to operator for first time ok production  

 5) Powder coating parts inspection and verify.

 6) QA department day to day activity.

7) Rejection record & analysis

8) Good communication skills

 

All measuring instruments knowledge

 

PDI inspection & report

 

Welding defects knowledge
