Summary

As Principal of a School you, will be responsible for both academic & administrative duties. You must also have a deep commitment to education and a passion for helping students succeed. You will lead the school from the front, in achieving its educational mission and strategic goals and giving direction and guidance to the educational team, working closely with the Governing Board as an instructional leader to oversee all academic, operational, and personnel aspects of the school. The position requires extensive knowledge and experience in teaching, leadership, and school management. The Principal will be expected to foster a culture of excellence, inclusiveness and collaboration, and to develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the highest levels of student achievement and all stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Experience

·      10+years of teaching & administrative experience in a reputed CBSE School

Qualification

·      Master’s Degree in any discipline with B.Ed. or higher.
