Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator - Female to join our team at Just Signs India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in prospecting potential customers and generating leads
• Maintain and update customer database
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide information about our products and services
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Prepare sales reports and presentations
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotations and proposals
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
