Overview:

As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  • Promote positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and take appropriate corrective action in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay informed about market trends and legislative changes affecting compensation and benefits practices, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  1. HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity (EEO), labor standards, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, personnel actions, and compliance reports.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide input and insights on HR-related matters to support decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives to anticipate future talent needs and address skill gaps proactively.
