Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Junna Solar Systems Pvt Ltd in Kukatpally. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and update databases and records with accurate and timely information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and office equipment is maintained in good working condition.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.
