Education : - graduation or under graduation.

Experience : - Min 1 year of BPO collection, services & sales experience (Fresher also can apply).

Work Location : - 4th Floor, 11th Cross, Vinay Arcade, Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

Customer Service Representatives and Tele Caller skills

Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Service, Recovery, Collection and Sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Patience, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with customers
