We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based IT Product MNC CMMI level 3 Company at Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a Manager-HR for our operations in Kochi. Details are as follows:

 

Designation                      : Manager- HR

Qualification                  : MBA HR / MHRM / PGDM/ Graduates

Experience                        : Minimum 10 Years 

Place of Posting              : Cochin-Infopark

Shift time: 9.30am-6.30pm

 

Skills:  HR Management, Statutory Side, Administration and MIS

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • 01. For first 90 days have to report to CMD, but work hand in hand with VP Products and Services and in sync with Director India Operations.
  • 02. Recruitment management and processing approvals of offer letters, appointment letters etc.
  • 03. Onboarding, induction, and post onboarding activities such as documentation for new entrants.
  • 04. Employee engagement activities and have strategies for employee retention.
  • 05. Designing, implementing and maintain HR policies and SOPs that promote a healthy work environment.
  • 06. Maintain a Master Corporate ToDo list for all non – technical activities.
  • 07. Obtain ToDo reports from appropriate department leads for weekly leadership meetings.
  • 08. Formulating the best compensation and benefit plans, like incentives, bonus etc.
  • 09. Database Management in Office Gaps ERP and manage GreytHR Applications.
  • 10. Vendor management including IT Consultants on contract.
  • 11. Maintaining an updated database of resumes and prevailing technologies with industrial standards’ rate cards.
  • 12. Managing various paid and non-paid HR Consultants/Freelance Recruiters.
  • 13. HR Budgeting , Managing HR responsibilities and operations of JTSi India HR team’s day to day activities.
  • 14. Leave and Attendance Management with HRMS Monitoring.
  • 15. Processing Payroll, Statutory aspects, Income Tax etc. with GreytHR Application.
  • 16. Review probationary periods, conduct performance appraisals and make salary revision recommendations whenever needed.
  • 17. Coordinating with MEP team and infrastructure management.
  • 18. Corporate Departmental Workload Management:
  • 18 A. Discuss/Manage line-item workload/ETAs for : HR, Finance & Accounting, BD/Sales, Contracts, Delivery Services, QA with departmental Leads
  • 19. Manage Budget & Forecasting – BD/Sales, Resourcing Department
  • 19 A. Discuss and refresh commitments leads
  • 19 B. Derive strategies for constant improvements
  • ·20. Risk Mitigation:-
  • 20 A. Succession Planning:- Identify Key Resources and pipeline for backfill
  • 20 B. HCM Intelligence: Stay connected with resources and gather every possible data for retention strategies
  • 20 C. Retention Strategies
  • 20 D. Business Intelligence: Competition Analysis on Employee Benefits and Retention Strategies
  • 20 E. Strategic Hire: Identify performing industry leaders that JTSi can ‘target hire’

 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

 

Ø Excellent Communication

Ø Good in using Microsoft Office programs.

Ø Good in DBMS and MIS

Ø Good in coordination, vendor management and employee welfare.

Ø Payroll processing software and statutory compliances softwares.
