Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Web Developer with over 8 years of experience in creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, extensive experience with Bootstrap, WordPress, Figma, Elementor, and other advanced front-end tools and frameworks. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop responsive websites and web applications using Bootstrap, WordPress, Elementor, and other front-end technologies.
2. Translate UI/UX design wireframes created in Figma into high-quality code that delivers an exceptional user experience.
3. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to implement interactive, dynamic, and data-driven features.
4. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and make necessary adjustments to improve usability.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, UI/UX design, and front-end technologies.
7. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in web development and design.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on UI/UX design, Bootstrap, and WordPress.
3. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like jQuery, Angular, or React.
4. Extensive experience with Bootstrap 4/5, WordPress, Figma, Elementor, including customization and extension.
5. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
6. Experience with version control systems like Git.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
