Role: UI/UX Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design and development process, from concept to implementation, for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Implement animation and microinteraction designs to enhance user engagement and usability.
• Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and best practices to make applications inclusive for all users.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with UI frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, Material Design, React, or Angular.
• Knowledge of animation principles and tools for creating interactive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A user-centered mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
