Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with a proven track record of at least 8-10 years in developing web applications using ReactJS. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of React ecosystem and hands-on experience with advanced and basic ReactJS concepts. They should be proficient in independently handling end-to-end tasks, from requirements gathering to deployment, and demonstrate expertise in utilizing the latest ReactJS technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
• Independently handle end-to-end development tasks including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver optimal solutions.
• Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest ReactJS trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• In-depth understanding of ReactJS and its core principles, such as virtual DOM, state management, and lifecycle methods.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Hands-on experience with modern ReactJS tools and libraries (e.g., React Hooks, Context API, Styled Components).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
