Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and extensive experience in interacting with customers through CRM platforms with HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting IT professionals and a deep understanding of CRM functionalities to enhance customer interactions. This role also involves contributing to HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and supporting HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for IT positions, with a specialization in CRM roles.
- Utilize CRM systems to effectively manage and enhance customer interactions throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using CRM data and insights to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Contribute to HR operations by supporting employee relations, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Utilize CRM analytics to track recruitment metrics, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on IT recruitment and CRM roles.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring IT professionals, including CRM specialists.
- Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities and their application in customer interactions.
- Experience in HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
