Role: SAP Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

1. 4 to 5 years of SAP CS  functional experience with minimum 1 end to end development project experience in SAP CS.

2. Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP Customer service

3. Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology.

4. Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design.

5. Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.

6. Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.

7. Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

8. Coaches technical leads and developers.

9. Hands-on experience supporting integration between SM, FI, CO, MM, QM, SD modules
